Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context otherwise requires:

Acceptance of Terms

By registering a ph2win Account, accessing the ph2win platform, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not register, access, or use ph2win.

This Agreement is entered into between you and ph2win. It constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to your use of the ph2win platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof.

Eligibility

Access to ph2win and participation in real-money gaming is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following requirements:

1. You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations overseen by PAGCOR.
2. You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the ph2win platform.
3. You are registering as a private individual and not as a corporation, trust, partnership, or any other legal entity.
4. You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of ph2win or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
5. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed by yourself through ph2win's Responsible Gaming tools, or by PAGCOR or any other relevant authority.
6. You have not previously had a ph2win Account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of this Agreement.

ph2win reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including during the KYC verification process. Any Account found to have been opened by an ineligible User will be closed immediately, and any balance — including winnings derived from Wagers placed — may be forfeited at ph2win's absolute discretion.

Account Registration

To access real-money games on ph2win, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid Philippine mobile number, creating a password, and verifying your mobile number via one-time password (OTP). By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one ph2win Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited. ph2win uses technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all related Accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited.

KYC Verification. ph2win is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., passport, driver's licence, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, or UMID). Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. Accounts that have not completed KYC may deposit and play but are not permitted to withdraw until verification is approved.

Account Accuracy. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information throughout the duration of your registration. Changes to your registered mobile number or email address must be notified to ph2win support with supporting documentation. ph2win is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph2win login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your Account.

ph2win will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, or from any unauthorised access to your Account where ph2win was not at fault. In the event that you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify ph2win support immediately. ph2win may suspend your Account pending an investigation.

All sessions are conducted over 256-bit SSL-encrypted connections. ph2win reserves the right to require additional verification steps at login, including but not limited to OTP verification, in order to protect the security of player accounts.

Deposits and Payments

ph2win accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI (via Instapay), BDO (via Instapay), Metrobank (via Instapay), USDT (TRC20), and Coins.ph. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in the ph2win Cashier at the time of deposit.

Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and ₱500 for bank Instapay transfers, unless otherwise stated at the time of transaction.

No Third-Party Deposits. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ph2win does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

Currency. All ph2win Wallet balances are maintained in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise displayed. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

Deposit Limits. ph2win encourages all players to set voluntary deposit limits within their Account Settings as part of responsible gaming practice. ph2win may impose deposit limits at its discretion in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested once a User has completed KYC verification and has met any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically available.

Processing Times. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals typically settle within minutes during operational hours; Instapay bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) typically settle within 5 to 15 minutes; cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT) typically settle within 30 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation times.

Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet methods and ₱500 for bank transfers, unless otherwise displayed in the Cashier.

Right to Verify. ph2win reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal request pending identity verification, source of funds checks, or investigation of suspected policy violations. ph2win will notify the affected User of any such delay and the reason for it, where disclosure is permitted by applicable law.

Withdrawal of Winnings from Bonuses. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated at the time of the bonus offer.

Wagering Rules

All Wagers placed on ph2win are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game. Game rules are accessible within the relevant game interface and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.

ph2win reserves the right to void any Wager that was placed after a game event has concluded, or where a system or data error has resulted in incorrect odds or payout information being displayed. In such circumstances, the Wager amount will be returned to the User's Wallet.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game and table on ph2win has published minimum and maximum stake limits. Stakes outside these limits will not be accepted. Limits may vary by table, game type, and account tier.

Bonuses and Promotions

ph2win may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game restrictions, and expiry periods.

Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.

Abuse of Promotions. ph2win reserves the right to withdraw, void, or reclaim any bonus where ph2win has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, through coordinated group play, or through any other method designed to circumvent the intended purpose of the promotion.

Amendments. ph2win may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice, except that any modification will not retrospectively affect Bonus Funds already credited to a User's Account prior to the modification.

Game Rules and Fairness

All slot and RNG table game outcomes on ph2win are determined by certified Random Number Generator technology, independently audited to confirm genuine randomness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment — cards, roulette wheels, or dice — operated by trained dealers in professionally monitored studio environments.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published within the ph2win platform. Theoretical RTPs are calculated over large numbers of rounds and represent a long-run statistical average — they do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure during a game session, ph2win will make every reasonable effort to resolve the round in accordance with the game state recorded on its servers at the time of the interruption. ph2win's determination of the correct game outcome in such circumstances is final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph2win platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers or interact with the platform in a manner not available to ordinary users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, or in any strategy designed to exploit predictable game outcomes across coordinated accounts.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with ph2win.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using ph2win for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, interfere with, or otherwise compromise the ph2win platform's technology, game logic, or security systems.
• Opening or operating more than one ph2win Account, or operating an Account on behalf of any third party.
• Accessing the ph2win platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication with ph2win staff, live dealers, or other platform users.

Responsible Gaming

ph2win is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players on the platform. ph2win provides the following tools within Account Settings, accessible at any time without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum loss amounts.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when a session reaches a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude your Account from the ph2win platform for a minimum period of 6 months.

Once a self-exclusion is activated, ph2win will use reasonable technical means to prevent access to the excluded Account. Players who self-exclude should also contact any other gambling operators they use and consider contacting PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources for additional support.

ph2win shall not be liable for any losses incurred during a period where a responsible gaming limit was set but was not yet in effect due to the applicable processing period, provided ph2win acted with reasonable promptness in applying the requested limit.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ph2win platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, video streams, and the ph2win brand name — is the intellectual property of ph2win or its licensed game providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph2win platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming enjoyment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ph2win content without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph2win's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph2win platform shall not exceed the amount standing to the credit of your Wallet at the time the relevant claim arose.

ph2win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, even if ph2win has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph2win does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. ph2win will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

Termination and Account Closure

Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your ph2win Account at any time by contacting ph2win support. Upon closure, any real-money Wallet balance (excluding Bonus Funds not yet subject to satisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Closure by ph2win. ph2win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where: (a) a breach of this Agreement is identified; (b) ph2win is required to do so by law or regulatory directive from PAGCOR; (c) ph2win has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; or (d) the Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the User, ph2win may forfeit any remaining Wallet balance. Where closure is initiated by ph2win without cause, ph2win will return the real-money Wallet balance to the User.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by the parties through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Filipino players who believe ph2win has acted contrary to its obligations under PAGCOR regulations may also submit a complaint directly to PAGCOR through the channels published on PAGCOR's official website.

Amendments to These Terms

ph2win reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number on their Account, or via a prominent notice on the ph2win platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the ph2win platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

The version of these Terms currently in force is always accessible at ph2win.org/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of the page indicates when the current version came into force.

ph2win will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and will endeavour to resolve disputes within 10 business days of acknowledgement. For disputes that cannot be resolved through ph2win's internal process, escalation to PAGCOR is available as described in Section 16.
